Expanding your awareness is something that is headache inducing and I would say will most likely take a lot of meditation to do, especially if you wish to move your awareness at will, but for the sake of this article I will only focus on expanding it.
What is your awareness persay? It is how you know that your body is there, your energy body, how you know someone is near you, it is the thing that you run on in your daily life, now what if you could expand this even further? Well you can.
The first step in learning to expand it is through finding the center of your awareness, this is where you feel as if your consciousness is located, most people will have it located behind their forehead, but others sometimes have it else where. This should be pretty noticeable if you know about it, if not, it might take a bit of time for you to fully understand where exactly it is.
Now then, once you have identified this the next part of the process will be easier, if you examine it you should notice that it expands lightly across the rest of your body, each part seems a bit more distant but you can feel them just as well as each other, if you do notice such, then you should be able to move onto the next part.
This part will be the part that will most likely cause you to get a headache doing, I want you to take the expanded parts of your awareness, and force them to expand even more, they should be slightly different than how it does inside your body, more so distant, but it should be done pretty easy. If you can accomplish such then you should be able to eventually do it far enough for your whole room, but there is a catch, the things that are in it which aren’t a part of your body most likely will be ridiculous to actually make it fully at the start.
