Now then the next introduction guide is here! Molding/moving energy, this guide itself won’t be that informative or long because it is a introduction to said things and it is just basing on a few new ideas I have for beginners to use to move/mold energy, as in, a way that I think is more efficient for people who are new.
The first thing we will get to is of course moving energy, this is a rather simple thing to learn, and should only take you a few tries to do the first time, and a week or so to get good enough that you can move on to other things. The first thing you should do is get into a meditative position, and meditate on your energy for a little bit, feel it out completely. Now what you would do is focus on somewhere specific WHILE still feeling your whole energetic body. Will the energy to build up where you are focusing. This is a rather simple thing to teach, and this is all you really need to know to get it moving.
Now then, moving on to molding energy, this is a little more complicated but just as easy. I suggest learning to mold it inside yourself before attempting to mold it outside. I want you to focus somewhere just like in the last part of the document. Focus inside your arm or stomach, and focus as if there is a hollow square in that area. Now will your energy to fill in the “blueprint’ of that square in your head. If it was successful then you should just “know” its there or even feel it energetically, sometimes even have a physical sensation of it. Your next mission is to push said shape out of yourself and keep it intact.
