So you are a beginner and wish to move straight to feeling your energy as quickly as possible? Well, it's lucky and unlucky for you! It is rather easy to learn to feel your energy, but it requires patience and meditation to achieve. Now then what you are going to be requested to do is something you may or may not enjoy, but you must do it in order to feel your energy. Sit down in a criss-cross position, or in any position that feels the most comfortable, and just sit still. Yes in other words meditate, but don’t focus on anything at all to do such, just let your mind blank out and take in every sensation of yourself. Every sensation you can feel just let it all flow through your mind and recognize it. Look through these sensations and identify which ones feel physical and start blocking them off, but don’t actually get rid of them. What you are doing is looking for a different sensation that isn’t physical. It normally appears as a vibration coursing throughout your body, what you want to do is locate said feeling. You should know when you feel it correctly as it DOESN'T feel normal or physical, once you do find it, meditate on it for a long time. Everyday meditate on that feeling, until it engulfs your whole body. Once that has been achieved, I want you to work on summoning that up even when not meditating.
