Kinetics is a topic that is of interest to most people that get into energy work or the metaphysical/occult, mostly due to the fact if they do manage to do it, it can offer physical proof to them and others if needed.
But the catch is, most do not actually understand how kinetics work so they just try and fail repeatedly, or they go on a approach that they will do something giant immediately.

Kinetics in its rawest form does not actually involve energy work at all, it is classified in a whole different manipulation, physical manipulation, but in of itself, it is much harder than energy manipulation due to how the state of matter between physical and energetic differs.
If you are wondering what I mean by the state of matter, let me explain, the physical and energetic are the same matter from my observations just structured differently so they are in what I call a different state of matter.
Physical matter is a lot less complex and isn’t nearly as malleable, while energetic is complex and easily malleable.

How does this pertain to kinetics though? SImple, kinetics is manipulation the physical matter to do what you wish, but as it is a lot less malleable, it will be a lot of mental focus and will to actually accomplish.

But now then, how do you do kinetics? Most people do it through straight up willing the matter to move, but I myself do not think that is the most efficient way.
Rather, I want you to instead focus on the matter and feel it out, feel it out as if its energy, if you are capable of understanding it in that regard, then you should be able to manipulate the same way as energy, just a lot less… malleable in terms of what it can do, etc.

Don’t expect to get this in the first 100 times, or to expect to do big things, also, expect big headaches.
