Attacking is relatively interesting, check out the “Theory Of Exploits” in the directory as well for this, as that is going to be used a LOT.
Attacking is done in many ways, my favorite way is exploiting the energetic system of the opponent or the person I am talking about.
Such as using their own system to seal themselves up, a forced “subconscious” seal, it is very effective and most people don’t expect it. Also uses their energy system particles against them, etc.
Another method that I really love is inserting a semi-sentient goo like object into the system of them, etc.

But for basic attacking I will guide you through a few parts.
Attacking can be done in many ways at the beginning and in the later “stages”, the way I suggest you begin is start off using basic constructs instead of directly exploiting the system of the opponent. Use a sharp sword like construct to create slash like wounds on the energy system of them, this is rather effective on someone who is new as well. But defenses if done correctly can easily block this and some people don’t get affected by wounds like this.

Another basic method of attacking is drilling in to the person you could say. Have a fast spinning object that is sharp and begin “forcing” it iinto the person or construct.

Most methods need to be trial and errored to see if they work on things, and you need to come up with methods yourself normally.
The last method I will offer you to start off with is vibrating the thing or person you are attacking. Most people from what I can tell can not handle vibrations and such, (I got this from someone else, mentor, etc).
